Our client is a leading global financial services organisation seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with financial services contact centre experience who enjoys delivering exceptional customer outcomes while working in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment.

As the first point of contact for investors and advisers, you will manage inbound enquiries, resolve service requests, and build strong relationships through professional and efficient customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer enquiries via phone, email and written correspondence.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries within agreed service levels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and advisers.
  • Escalate complex matters appropriately while ensuring excellent customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records across internal systems.
  • Adhere to compliance, risk and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Support service delivery objectives and customer satisfaction targets.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous contact centre experience within Financial Services.
  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience handling complex customer enquiries and complaints.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and resilience under pressure.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems.
  • Understanding of AML/KYC requirements will be highly regarded.
  • Proficiency across Microsoft Office applications.
