Customer & Market Compliance Analyst
12-Month Fixed Term Contract | Melbourne CBD | Hybrid Working

Our client is a respected organisation operating within a highly regulated industry and is seeking an experienced Customer & Market Compliance Analyst  to drive operational excellence, compliance initiatives and customer-focused process improvements.

This role is ideal for a Business Analyst or Continuous Improvement professional who enjoys working across business and technology teams to deliver system enhancements, strengthen business continuity and risk frameworks, and improve customer outcomes through smarter processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of business and system enhancement initiatives
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify, prioritise and implement process improvements
  • Drive customer-focused operational efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate minor technology enhancements from requirements through to implementation
  • Support business continuity planning, risk reviews and compliance activities
  • Ensure business processes and system changes align with regulatory and governance requirements
  • Develop business cases, recommendations and improvement proposals
  • Work closely with internal technology teams and external vendors to deliver successful outcomes
About You
  • Proven experience in Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement or Operational Excellence roles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience delivering business-led technology or system enhancement projects
  • Demonstrated experience within a heavily regulated and compliance-driven environment
  • Strong understanding of risk management, governance and regulatory obligations
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and work proactively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on improving processes that enhance customer outcomes
Highly Desirable
  • Experience within the energy, utilities, financial services, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare or similar regulated sectors
  • Exposure to Salesforce or comparable customer management systems
  • Business continuity planning experience
