As the first point of contact for employees, visitors, contractors and stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and safe front-of-house experience.
About the role
Reporting into the Workplace Services team, this contract opportunity will suit someone with strong customer service skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced corporate setting.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing front-of-house reception operations and providing a professional welcome to visitors, employees and contractors
- Coordinating visitor arrivals, access requirements and temporary credentials
- Supporting building access management and ensuring workplace protocols are followed
- Providing administrative support to Corporate Services and wider business teams
- Assisting with meeting room coordination, bookings and room setup requirements
- Monitoring shared inboxes and responding to requests or escalating where required
- Supporting mailroom operations, courier deliveries and document management activities
- Maintaining accurate records, logs and workplace documentation
- Assisting with workplace service requests, work orders and facilities coordination
- Supporting incident response processes, emergency procedures and building evacuations when required
- Providing general administrative support to senior stakeholders and business leaders
You will bring:
- Previous experience in reception, concierge, workplace coordination or corporate administration
- Experience working within a professional corporate or premium front-of-house environment
- Strong customer service and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to remain calm and organised when managing competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and corporate systems
- A proactive approach and willingness to support a variety of workplace operations
- Experience within facilities, security or workplace services environments
- Knowledge of access control systems or facilities management platforms
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Fire Warden or Emergency Evacuation training
