Join a local government organisation in this short-term opportunity leading the delivery of cultural venue operations, programs and services across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams across operations, programming, hospitality and administration
- Drive operational efficiencies across venues to maximise resources
- Deliver innovative cultural programs that respond to community needs
- Build strong internal and external partnerships to support arts and cultural outcomes
- Contribute to business planning, financial reporting and performance monitoring
- Identify funding opportunities and new revenue streams
- Support capital works projects and ensure sound risk management practices
- Proven experience in cultural venue management, including programming and hospitality services
- Strong leadership experience managing diverse teams
- Background in performing arts or cultural facilities
- Strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Sound financial, planning and reporting capability
- Relevant qualification in Arts, Business or similar, or equivalent experience
- Ability to work across sites and occasional after-hours as required
