Our client is a growing Queensland-based commercial builder delivering high-quality multi-residential, social housing, and mixed-use developments across South East Queensland. 
With a strong pipeline of secured work, they are expanding their team to support upcoming apartment projects across Brisbane.

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support the end-to-end delivery of multi-residential projects. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where you will take ownership of the full CA function across multiple projects. You’ll work closely with Project Managers, site teams, subcontractors, and clients, acting as a key commercial lead from project commencement through to completion. The role is primarily office-based, with attendance on-site required for meetings and coordination. 


Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end contract administration across multiple projects
  • Procurement and subcontractor engagement
  • Cost control, forecasting, and reporting
  • Managing variations, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Coordinating consultants and supporting site teams
  • Running and attending client meetings independently
  • Liaising closely with site supervisors and assisting with quantities
  • Supporting smooth delivery across all project phases

About You
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Contracts Administrator
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously and run projects independently
  • Confident client-facing professional with experience leading meetings
  • Strong end-to-end CA experience across project lifecycle
  • Residential / multi-residential construction background
  • Experience using estimating software
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
