Construction Superintendent | 2:1 Roster | Tier 1 Decarbonisation Project

Join a Tier 1 mining leader driving one of Australia’s most ambitious decarbonisation programs. This is your opportunity to play a key leadership role delivering major projects across Pilbara operations.

2:1 FIFO from Perth
, this site-based role with a Tier 1 mining company offers the opportunity to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams of up to 30 personnel while overseeing multiple contractors and concurrent construction projects. Play a key role in the decarbonisation of operations in mining, port, rail, Non-process Infrastructure and mobile fleet in the Pilbara. You will drive safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders across both Perth and site-based teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contractor performance, onboarding, and delivery outcomes
  • Lead project planning, risk assessments, and site execution
  • Ensure compliance with ITPs, NCRs, TQs and project close-out requirements
  • Support commissioning, SIMOPS, and infrastructure handovers
  • Champion safety leadership, risk management, and field coaching
What You Bring
  • Extensive experience in construction/project delivery on mine sites
  • Strong leadership across diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and contractors in complex environments
  • Solid understanding of Australian standards, HS&E, and construction compliance
  • Commercial acumen with a solutions-focused mindset
