2:1 FIFO from Perth, this site-based role with a Tier 1 mining company offers the opportunity to lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams of up to 30 personnel while overseeing multiple contractors and concurrent construction projects. Play a key role in the decarbonisation of operations in mining, port, rail, Non-process Infrastructure and mobile fleet in the Pilbara. You will drive safe, efficient, and high-quality project delivery, working closely with senior stakeholders across both Perth and site-based teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contractor performance, onboarding, and delivery outcomes
- Lead project planning, risk assessments, and site execution
- Ensure compliance with ITPs, NCRs, TQs and project close-out requirements
- Support commissioning, SIMOPS, and infrastructure handovers
- Champion safety leadership, risk management, and field coaching
- Extensive experience in construction/project delivery on mine sites
- Strong leadership across diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and contractors in complex environments
- Solid understanding of Australian standards, HS&E, and construction compliance
- Commercial acumen with a solutions-focused mindset
