About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Leader (Supervisor Construction) to take ownership of the planning and execution of civil, infrastructure and piping works across site.
This role carries full responsibility for project implementation, including scoping, execution and delivery against key parameters of safety, cost, schedule, quality and resources. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects meet business requirements through well defined scopes of work and strong onsite leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead end to end implementation of infrastructure and civil works onsite
- Develop robust scopes of work aligned to business and project requirements
- Provide oversight of contractor performance, ensuring safe and efficient execution
- Manage delivery against schedule, budget and quality expectations
- Identify, manage and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle
- Ensure all project changes are controlled and aligned to governance processes
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across project and operations teams
- Drive a culture of safety, accountability and performance across all work fronts
- Strong background in civil, infrastructure or piping project delivery
- Proven experience in a Construction Leader, Supervisor or similar role with ownership of delivery outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to develop scopes and manage implementation of works
- Extensive experience managing contractor teams onsite
- Solid understanding of project controls, risk management and HSE systems
- Trade background or practical construction experience highly regarded
- Solid understanding of HSE, risk and project controls
- Current manual driver’s licence
