About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Construction Lead with marine construction experience to oversee daily site activities and ensure contractors deliver safely, on time, and to standard.
You’ll play a key role in HSEC compliance, from mobilisation through to completion. Experience with dive projects would be very well regarded
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities
- Ensure contractor safety, performance, and compliance
- Support HSEC requirements pre-mobilisation and during construction
- Monitor progress and report to the Project Manager
- Oversee quality, specifications, and risk controls
- Proven Construction Lead / Supervisor experience
- Marine construction experience essential
- Strong HSEC and contractor management background
- Ability to drive site safety and performance
- 4-month contract with immediate impact
- Work in a safety-first, project environment
- FIFO role from Qld hubs
