You will be involved across the following major packages:
- Haul Roads – Significant earthworks (civil experience highly regarded)
- Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) – Workshops, office buildings, and supporting infrastructure
- Powerline Relocation – Coordination and management of critical services
- Dewatering – Large-scale and technically complex water management
- Providing on-site contractor management and engagement, fostering strong working relationships
- Actively coaching and influencing contractors to drive performance and outcomes
- Taking ownership of work packages, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and cost targets
- Delivering clear, accurate reporting and feedback to senior leadership
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety standards and compliance requirements
- Overseeing quality through Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and maintaining capital efficiency
- Supporting delivery in line with project milestones and construction schedules
- Strong civil / earthworks experience(highly desirable)
- Proven ability in contractor management within large-scale projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Confidence in coaching and influencing site teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Experience working with ITPs, QA/QC processes, and compliance frameworks
- A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
