Seeking an experienced Commercial Property Lease Analyst to support lease administration, analysis, and stakeholder coordination across a diverse commercial and industrial portfolio in Fremantle.
Key Focus
- End-to-end lease management(negotiations, renewals, variations, compliance)
- Lease and financial analysis to support commercial outcomes
- Stakeholder coordination (internal teams, tenants, legal advisors, valuers)
- Portfolio support across commercial, mixed-use, and industrial assets
- Systems, reporting, and documentation management
- Qualification in Property, Business, Commerce, or similar (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in commercial property leasing/management, ideally in complex or industrial environments
- Strong background in lease administration and analysis
- Understanding of commercial and financial principles
- Experience with legal advisors, valuers, or dispute processes
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
- Work on a diverse commercial & industrial portfolio
- Exposure to complex leasing and asset management
- Collaborative, experienced team
