About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Client Services Officer to join a dynamic team within the public sector. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for members of the public, providing high-quality service and support across a range of enquiries and services.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Respond to enquiries, and service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information in line with company guidelines
- Manage and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and update systems and databases
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer outcomes are achieved
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Experience in a customer service, contact centre
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Sound problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management systems
