An exciting opportunity is available for a Client Experience Officer to join a growing organisation within the agricultural insurance sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, customer-focused environment and enjoys supporting business operations.
You will play a key role in supporting client servicing activities, assisting with documentation, and contributing to risk analysis processes alongside specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate new business documentation to support client onboarding
- Assist with risk analysis alongside insurance specialists
- Support the commercial team with administrative and client service tasks
- Ensure all documentation meets compliance and regulatory standards
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and attention to detail
- 1 to 3 years experience in administration, customer service, or financial services
- Exposure to insurance or rural sector highly regarded
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage documentation and deadlines efficiently
- Excellent communication and stakeholder support capability
- Diploma in General Insurance
- ASIC RG146 qualification
- Background in agriculture or rural industries
- Work within a supportive and purpose-driven environment
