The Opportunity
This is a hands-on role managing end-to-end WorkCover payments, invoicing, and claims administration within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with payroll, finance, and internal stakeholders to ensure injured employees are paid accurately and on time in line with legislation and policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage WorkCover payments, reimbursements, and invoices
- Interpret and validate data across rostering, payroll, and claims systems
- Ensure timely and accurate fortnightly pay authorities and adjustments
- Liaise with stakeholders and insurers on complex payment matters
- Maintain accurate claims records and support audit requirements
- Strong experience in WorkCover claims and payments
- Exposure to complex rostering environments (e.g. healthcare, emergency services)
- High attention to detail with ability to manage large volumes of work
- Strong organisational and stakeholder engagement skills
- Band 3 contract – $64.76/hr + super
- Initial contract to 12 September with strong temp-to-perm potential
- Hybrid model (3 days office / 2 WFH) – Burwood East location
