This is an organisation that values integrity, collaboration, and innovation—working together to create positive change.
About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a senior executive to step into a strategic leadership role — a chance to shape the future of the organisation. This vacancy has arisen due to the retirement of the current incumbent. The organisation is looking for someone who can come in, get a good feel for the environment, understand the current status quo, and then help drive future initiatives and strategic thinking. It’s a high-impact role that requires a blend of operational leadership, strategic insight, and the ability to evaluate and enhance existing processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader who can assess where the organisation stands today and help shape its future direction with fresh ideas and thoughtful planning.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing overall executive leadership and setting strategic direction
- Driving operational and strategic projects aligned with organisational goals
- Managing stakeholder relationships across internal teams, partners, and governance bodies
- Ensuring strong risk management, compliance, and policy adherence
- Developing, coaching, and mentoring leadership teams
- Monitoring performance, delivering insights, and continuously improving processes
- Lead meaningful change and influence long-term results
- Grow professionally within a supportive, structured environment
- Work with a leadership team that’s committed to high standards
- Be part of an inclusive culture that values diverse perspectives and ideas
- Enjoy clear expectations, good governance, and a focus on employee wellbeing
You’re the kind of person who thrives leading big-picture strategy and complex projects. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven senior executive experience in strategy, transformation, or running complex operations
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align diverse groups
- Demonstrated governance and risk management know-how
- People leadership skills—coaching, developing talent, and creating a performance-driven culture
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong reporting abilities
- A results-oriented mindset, capable of navigating ambiguity and delivering results consistently
- An innovative and strategic mindset, comfortable assessing the current environment and helping set clear future directions
