Working closely with executives, leaders and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in driving successful organisational change and ensuring employees are supported through the transition to new ways of working.
About the Role
As the Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading the people side of change and delivering change management activities that support the implementation of a future state operating model.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering end-to-end change management plans for operating model implementation activities.
- Applying established change management methodologies and frameworks to support organisational transformation.
- Facilitating workshops, consultation sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Providing expert change management advice and guidance to leaders and stakeholders.
- Building and maintaining effective working relationships with executives and business stakeholders.
- Conducting stakeholder mapping and change impact assessments.
- Developing clear and engaging change communications and employee engagement materials.
- Completing training needs assessments to ensure employees are prepared for new ways of working.
- Supporting the delivery of organisational change initiatives and other related activities aligned with your skills and experience.
- Managing multiple competing priorities and delivering outcomes within tight timeframes.
About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Minimum three years' experience in change management, business transformation, operating model implementation or a similar role within medium to large organisations.
- Proven experience supporting organisational improvement initiatives through a change management lens.
- Strong facilitation skills, including preparation and delivery of workshops involving diverse stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, managing multiple deliverables and competing priorities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing professional documentation, reports and presentations for senior and executive audiences.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Change Management, Communications, Project Management or a related discipline.
