Change Manager:
Safety & Compliance Transformation
Location: Melbourne (3 days onsite / 2 days WFH)
Duration: Long-term contract (80 weeks)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major transformation focused on improving safety and compliance practices across a large operational workforce.
This role will play a critical part in ensuring successful adoption of a new system across multiple operational sites and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end change management activities
- Conduct change impact assessments and readiness planning
- Develop communication and stakeholder engagement strategies
- Support training, onboarding, and user adoption
- Align change activity with project rollout milestones
- Drive behavioural change across operational and site teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience delivering change in large transformation programs
- Experience supporting system or tool implementations
- Strong stakeholder engagement across all levels
- Experience with frontline or site-based workforces
- Practical, hands-on change delivery approach
Highly Regarded:
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, or utilities
- Experience working with subcontractors or operational environments
- Exposure to safety, compliance, or workforce transformations
