Capital Transactions Manager
Location: Macquarie Park, NSW
Work Type: Contract (parental leave cover, part time 3 days per week)

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Capital Transactions Manager to join a leading retail organisation’s property team. Based in Macquarie Park, this role plays a key part in driving property acquisitions, divestments and strategic asset outcomes across a national portfolio.

You will take ownership of end to end transactions, from sourcing opportunities and conducting feasibility analysis through to negotiation, approval and settlement. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help deliver commercially sound outcomes that support retail network growth and optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure strategic retail property opportunities
  • Manage acquisitions, divestments and capital recycling initiatives
  • Prepare feasibility models and business cases
  • Conduct due diligence and oversee contract negotiations
  • Partner with property, finance and development teams
  • Deliver board reports and investment recommendations
  • Monitor market activity and identify growth opportunities
About You:

  • Proven experience in property transactions, acquisitions or development
  • Strong commercial acumen with financial modelling capability
  • Skilled in negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Experience interpreting complex legal agreements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Background in retail property is highly regarded
