A leading WA essential services organisation is seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Customer Service Consultants to join its busy contact centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills while working for an organisation that supports the local community every day.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing billing and account enquiries
  • Assisting customers with payment support and payment arrangements
  • Responding to service-related enquiries
  • Resolving customer issues and providing practical solutions
  • Supporting customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience
This is a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
About You We're looking for people who:
  • Have previous Australian customer service, contact centre, administration or retail experience
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enjoy helping customers and solving problems
  • Remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Take pride in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Applicants must have valid Australian working rights.
What's on Offer?
  • Up to $45.88 per hour

Working Hours
  • Full-Time: 38 hours per week
  • Part-Time: 25 hours per week
  • Shifts rostered between 7:00am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility across rostered hours is required
  • Part-time employees must be available full-time during the initial 6-week paid training program
