We are looking for a compassionate and customer-focused Participant Support Officer to join a high-performing team dedicated to supporting participants and stakeholders. This is a pivotal frontline role where you will serve as the first point of contact, delivering exceptional service and practical support. 

In this position, you will help participants navigate services, respond to enquiries, and contribute to a positive and inclusive service experience.

This is a full time temporary contract, based in Mackay QLD until December 2026.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to participants and stakeholders via face-to-face, phone, email, and SMS channels
  • Respond to and resolve enquiries in line with relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines
  • Deliver front-of-house reception services, including assisting with digital self-service tools
  • Triage enquiries and connect participants with the appropriate services and supports
  • Manage shared inboxes, phone enquiries, and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate and facilitate accessible appointments within office environments
  • Maintain accurate data entry and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Record and manage complaints and feedback within internal systems
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to service delivery teams
