In this position, you will help participants navigate services, respond to enquiries, and contribute to a positive and inclusive service experience.
This is a full time temporary contract, based in Mackay QLD until December 2026.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to participants and stakeholders via face-to-face, phone, email, and SMS channels
- Respond to and resolve enquiries in line with relevant legislation, policies, and guidelines
- Deliver front-of-house reception services, including assisting with digital self-service tools
- Triage enquiries and connect participants with the appropriate services and supports
- Manage shared inboxes, phone enquiries, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate and facilitate accessible appointments within office environments
- Maintain accurate data entry and ensure timely follow-ups
- Record and manage complaints and feedback within internal systems
- Provide general administrative and operational support to service delivery teams
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage empathetically with diverse individuals
- A genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service
- The ability to effectively manage competing priorities and tasks
- Sound problem-solving skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
- Proven ability to build rapport and work collaboratively in a team environment
- High attention to detail and commitment to accurate record-keeping
