  • Support strategic planning and risk management initiatives relating to tankered waste impacts on treatment facilities.
  • Assist with the development, implementation, and ongoing compliance of trade wastewater standards.
  • Support inspection, sampling, and compliance programs to ensure billing requirements and regulatory obligations are met.
  • Manage compliance requirements for recycled water agreements and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate communication and engagement activities with recycled water customers and support annual compliance inspections.
  • Contribute to regulatory reporting and audit requirements.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About You Essential Requirements

  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High-level business writing capability.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and systems proficiency.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience in customer support, compliance, education, or a similar stakeholder-focused role.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience influencing and negotiating with key stakeholders.
  • Previous experience within utilities, water, environmental, regulatory, or customer-focused industries.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.
What's on Offer?
  • Opportunity to work with a highly regarded organisation delivering essential services to the community.
  • Diverse and engaging role combining compliance, customer engagement, investigations, and operational support.
  • Collaborative and supportive team culture.
  • Exposure to regulatory compliance, risk management, and strategic planning activities.
