About the role:
Reporting to the Renewals Operations Superintendent, this role provides critical coordination support for ballast management and scheduling across Rail Network Renewals. The position is rostered 5x2x4x3, residential / FIFO,
The Opportunity:
- Ballast Logistics Coordinator – Rail Network Renewals
- 5:2, 4:3 roster | FIFO from Perth or Residential in Karratha
- Role based on site - 6 Mile, Dampier
- Network-wide ballast demand forecasting and monthly re-forecasting
- Supplier engagement and delivery scheduling
- Logistics and stockpile management
- Coordination of work train alignment and interface meetings
- Plan versus actual performance, scope challenge, and SAP reviews
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Contract Management
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency using, SAP and MS Office
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and adaptability to changing work fronts
- QA/QC maintaining calibration of assets
