Are you looking to take the next step in your career and gain exposure to Product Management, Marketing and Brand Management?

We're seeking a motivated and commercially minded Associate Product Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a retail, sales, merchandising, marketing or customer-facing background who is eager to learn and develop their career within the consumer technology industry.

You do not need extensive Product Management experience to be successful in this role. We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, advanced Excel capabilities and a genuine interest in products, brands and commercial business operations.

Working alongside Product Managers, Sales teams and leading global vendors, you'll gain hands-on experience across forecasting, purchasing, marketing campaigns, retailer engagement and brand management, with a clear pathway into a Product Manager role.

About the Role
This is a varied role where no two days look the same. You may spend your day analysing sales data and forecasts, speaking with vendors, preparing product submissions for retailers, coordinating promotional activity, creating marketing materials or supporting brand campaigns.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting Product Managers across a portfolio of brands.
  • Managing product forecasting, stock planning and purchase orders.
  • Maintaining product information and coordinating product loads.
  • Assisting with retailer submissions, ranging proposals and funding applications.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Creating and maintaining sales presentations, promotional materials and vendor assets.
  • Working closely with Sales teams to coordinate promotional activity and retailer submissions.
  • Assisting with the management of vendor claims and marketing funds.
  • Liaising with local and international vendors to support product launches and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and providing insights and reporting.
  • Supporting brands with significant marketing investments to ensure budgets are effectively managed and commercial objectives are achieved.

About You
You may currently be working in retail, sales support, merchandising, category administration, marketing, customer service or another commercial environment and are looking for a career opportunity with room to grow.

We're looking for someone who:
  • Has strong Excel skills and enjoys working with data and reporting.
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Has excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Is commercially minded and interested in understanding how brands, products and retailers operate.
  • Is willing to get involved in both administrative and strategic aspects of the role.
  • Enjoys problem-solving and finding ways to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Has experience in retail or a customer-focused environment, which will be highly regarded.
  • Has exposure to product management, brand management, marketing or category management, which would be advantageous but is not essential.

Career GrowthThis role is designed as a development pathway into Product Management. As your skills and experience grow, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of smaller brands and progress into a Product Manager role with increasing responsibility across product strategy, forecasting, marketing and commercial management.
If you're looking for a role that offers genuine career progression, hands-on learning and exposure to leading technology brands, we'd love to hear from you.
