Buderim Based | Hybrid Opportunity
3-Year Assignment with Possible Extension
$60.06 – $65.81 per hour + Super

The Department of Transport and Main Roads, North Coast Region, is seeking an experienced AO4 Project Officer (Maintenance) to join their team in Buderim. This is a long-term opportunity for a highly organised professional who enjoys coordinating operational processes, stakeholder communication, and project support activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain the Maintenance Comms inbox
  • Coordinate requests for service, complaints, public enquiries, and maintenance-related correspondence
  • Record, assess, and allocate enquiries via SharePoint and relevant systems
  • Assist with the management of Vehicle Damage Claims (VDCs) and Customer Feedback Requests (CFRs)
  • Maintain and improve maintenance registers, databases, and record management systems
  • Provide support and advice to Maintenance Advisors and wider teams
  • Assist Project Managers across maintenance projects and operational tasks
  • Support process improvements and ensure procedures remain current and effective
  • Provide guidance and training to support staff as required
