This role is predominantly project-focused; however, the successful candidate must be willing to support the Road Crew during quieter periods, assisting with general operational duties as required.

- $55.00–$62.50 per hour (depending on experience)

While primarily assigned to projects, flexibility is essential, as you may be required to assist the Road Crew during quieter periods with activities including:
- Labouring and general site duties
- Delineation cleaning
- Road sweeping
- Road maintenance activities
- General operational support as required
- Operate and maintain various types of mobile plant and equipment.
- Assist with civil construction and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Complete required safety and operational documentation.
- Maintain a high standard of housekeeping and equipment care.
- Follow all site safety procedures, policies, and operational requirements.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve project goals safely and efficiently.
- Assist with labouring and general operational tasks when required.
- HR / HC / MC Driver's Licence
- Excavator Ticket & Experience
- Loader / IT Ticket & Experience
- Skid Steer Ticket & Experience
- White Card
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol Screen

- Experienced allround operators with strong plant tickets and practical operating experience
- Fit, energetic and hands-on
