About the Role
We are seeking for Administrative Officer to provide administrative assistance across operation with our client in Wingfield . This role will support the Operations Manager with a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks, helping to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing administrative functions, coordinating shipments, organising transport, and supporting warehouse operations through effective administration and communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate and allocate shipments.
- Organise transport and logistics requirements.
- Provide support with customer credits and related administration.
- Maintain and update information within the D365 system.
- Perform general office administration duties as required.
- Assist with operational and ad hoc tasks assigned by management.
- Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to support daily business activities.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude.
- Experience with logistics, transport coordination, or warehouse administration.
- Experience supporting operational or supply chain teams.
Working Hours
Ideally, the successful candidate will be available to work:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday
- Preferred hours:
- 8:00am to 4:00pm, or
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
