We are seeking an experienced and professional Administration Assistant to support a small team within a busy Adelaide office. This casual temporary opportunity is ideal for an organised administrator who enjoys a varied role and can hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to a small team
- Manage diaries, schedules and meeting arrangements
- Prepare, format and maintain PowerPoint presentations
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation and itineraries
- Assist with general office administration duties
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
- Previous experience in an Administration Assistant or similar support role
- Strong PowerPoint skills (essential)
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
