Our client is seeking an organised and professional Administrative Assistant to join their team on a 6-month contract based in Fremantle. This role offers the opportunity to support a busy team, ensuring the smooth running of daily administrative operations while providing exceptional internal and external customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business.
- Raising and receipt of purchase orders using Oracle.
- Manage calendars, meetings, correspondence, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and general office administration.
- Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated experience raising purchase orders. Use of Oracle preferred.
