The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (20–24 hours per week).
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of the day-to-day accounts function across both payables and receivables. You will play a key role in keeping things running smoothly, while also having the opportunity to step into broader finance responsibilities as you grow in the role.
Working within a small, supportive team, you’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload, contribute ideas, and be genuinely valued for what you bring. This role offers a great balance between stability, variety, and flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Debtors management and collections
- General ledger reconciliations
- Invoice processing, payments, and transaction support
- Assist with reporting and ad hoc finance tasks
- Support the wider team to ensure a high level of customer service
About You
You are a reliable, detail-focused accounts professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
You will bring:
- Proven experience across end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Experience managing accounts within a stock-based environment, including purchase orders, inventory transactions and reconciliations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach and willingness to support across the broader accounts function
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
