About the Opportunities
Due to continued growth, we have exciting permanent opportunities available for experienced recruitment professionals to join our Western Sydney team.
These are relationship-driven roles that combine end-to-end recruitment with account management, offering the chance to work closely with established clients while delivering tailored workforce solutions across a variety of blue-collar industries. You'll be responsible for sourcing and placing quality candidates, building strong client and candidate relationships, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
Working as part of a supportive and high-performing team, you'll manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Whether you're maintaining existing client partnerships, coordinating high-volume recruitment campaigns or identifying opportunities to grow accounts, you'll play a key role in helping both clients and candidates achieve successful outcomes.
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great recruitment outcomes. You'll ideally bring:
- Previous agency or internal recruitment experience
- Experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong stakeholder, client or account management skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Strong computer skills and the ability to pickup new programs with ease
