About the role
We are seeking a driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our Staffing division, managing a portfolio of national clients. Reporting to the Business Manager/Team Leader, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships across geographically diverse client accounts, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery.
Duties
• Manage and grow a portfolio of national client accounts, ensuring consistent service delivery across multiple locations
• Identify new business opportunities within existing national accounts and expand service offerings
• Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned to client workforce needs
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple sites, ensuring quality and consistency
• Coordinate recruitment activities across geographically dispersed teams and client locations
• Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, forecasting, and revenue tracking across national accounts
Skills and Experience
• Experience in recruitment and/or direct sales within a target-driven environment
• Strong client engagement skills with the ability to identify needs and deliver solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong organisational and administrative capabilities with attention to detail
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and sound judgement
• Proficiency in database management and computer systems
