Are you passionate about theatre, dance, live performances, and creating exceptional customer experiences? We are seeking an enthusiastic Ticketing & Front of House Officer. In this hands-on role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the venue, including ticket sales, front-of-house service, kiosk and bar operations and general administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant arts and community environment, helping deliver memorable experiences for theatre-goers and venue guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ticket sales and venue bookings
- Provide exceptional front-of-house customer service
- Operate the kiosk and bar, including cash handling
- Welcome and assist patrons during events and performances
- Support venue set-up, pack-down, and room resets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Previous customer service, hospitality, events, or theatre experience
- Strong cash handling and administration skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking / venue systems
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible casual shifts
- Current RSA and Working With Children Check, as well as ability to pass a Police Check and Drug & Alcohol test
