Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home
A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a large, regulated utilities organisation supporting critical infrastructure operations.
This is a hands on, high volume role delivering end to end recruitment across a complex matrix environment. It will suit a practical recruiter who thrives in fast paced conditions and enjoys partnering closely with hiring leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high volume end to end recruitment across corporate and technical portfolios
- Partner with hiring managers to provide clear and compliant recruitment advice
- Manage advertising, sourcing, screening, interviews and offers
- Support recruitment activity aligned to Enterprise Agreements and internal policy
- Maintain accurate records within the ATS and meet hiring timeframes
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Advisor in medium to large organisations
- Strong end to end recruitment capability across white collar roles
- Experience working within Enterprise Agreements or regulated environments
- Comfortable operating in fast paced, delivery focused settings
- Exposure to SuccessFactors or similar ATS is advantageous
