An established public‑sector infrastructure team is seeking an experienced Support Officer to provide high‑quality project and administrative support to a fast‑paced delivery environment.

This is a confidential recruitment process.

The Opportunity You will enable the linkage between people, projects and priorities by delivering reliable, professional support that keeps the team operating efficiently and meeting its objectives.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate meetings end‑to‑end, including scheduling, agendas and minutes
  • Provide day‑to‑day project and administrative support to a senior leadership team
  • Manage financial processes including invoices, tracking and reconciliations
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, briefs and presentations to a high standard
  • Maintain accurate records and support governance and reporting requirements
  • Manage a shared inbox and respond to enquiries professionally and promptly
  • Liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in an administrative or project support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Clear, professional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and sound records management capability
  • Confidence working with financial, reporting and document management systems
  • Experience in government or large, complex organisations is desirable
