Perth, WA | 6 month contract / Full-Time Nights/Day shifts
Our client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the successful delivery of site works across multiple rail and infrastructure projects in WA. This role is the primary point of contact for site subcontractors and client construction representatives, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.
Milage paid and time off in leiu for overtime hours.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors across concurrent sites
- Ensure compliance with Client and Rail safety, quality and construction standards
- Monitor progress against schedule and escalate risks or delays
- Issue site directions, CVIs and manage change where required
- Conduct site inspections, prestarts, toolboxes and safety stand-downs
- Manage permits, hazards, incidents and site documentation
- Liaise with project, design and logistics teams
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Leading Hand in rail or construction
- Rail experience highly regarded; telecommunications experience advantageous
- Strong planning, communication and documentation skills
- Confident overseeing subcontractor performance in live rail environments
- White/Blue Construction Card
- WA Driver’s Licence
- PTA Supervised Worker / Protection Officer (beneficial)
