- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with WHS and company standards.
- Experience in recruitment or direct sales in a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Commercially minded with a focus on delivering results.
