Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading large-scale electrical projects in construction, infrastructure, or industrial settings
- Co-ordination of Transformer replacement/installation
- Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget control
- Ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and vendors
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capacity to adapt to changing project demands
- Experience with renewable energy or sustainable infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
- Leadership certifications such as PMP or equivalent
- Excellent stakeholder engagement
- Well organised time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical project management or engineering leadership
- Prior experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel occasionally to project sites as needed
- Valid electrical license or certification applicable to the project locale
