Senior Project Lead - Electrical

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale electrical projects in construction, infrastructure, or industrial settings
  • Co-ordination of Transformer replacement/installation 
  • Strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budget control
  • Ability to coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients and vendors
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capacity to adapt to changing project demands
Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with renewable energy or sustainable infrastructure projects
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software
  • Leadership certifications such as PMP or equivalent
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement
  • Well organised time management skills
Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in electrical project management or engineering leadership
  • Prior experience managing teams and multiple projects simultaneously
Other Requirements:

  • Ability to travel occasionally to project sites as needed
  • Valid electrical license or certification applicable to the project locale
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
