Required Skills:
- Proven experience in health and safety advisory roles, preferably within construction, infrastructure or renewables related sectors
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident investigation skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and review safety policies and procedures
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities to guide teams and influence safety culture
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent recognized health and safety qualifications
- Knowledge of environmental management systems and sustainability practices
- Proficiency in safety management software or tools
- Tertiarty quals in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in a senior safety advisory
- Background working in regulated industries or complex operational environments
- Valid health and safety certifications as required by local regulations
- Ability to travel to various sites as needed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
