We’re looking for a Senior Contracts Specialist with strong experience in procurement, contract management, and construction works to support a major WA Government ERP program.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end procurement and contract establishment (construction & equipment)
- Prepare tender documentation (RFQ) and evaluation plans
- Manage tender process (briefings, clarifications, submissions)
- Lead evaluation, compliance checks, and commercial assessments
- Support negotiations, contract drafting, and award
- Ensure compliance with WA public sector procurement policies
- Experience in procurement & contracts (construction/projects)
- Knowledge of tendering (RFQ/RFT/RFP)
- Strong stakeholder & vendor management skills
- Understanding of contract law
- WA Government experience (desirable)
- Relevant degree (Commerce, Law, Supply Chain, Engineering)
- Be part of a high-impact ERP transformation program within the WA Government
- Long-term contract through to May 2027
- Work on major infrastructure and procurement projects in Perth
