Working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical delivery teams, you will help drive clarity across requirements, design, testing, and transition to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Eliciting and managing functional and non‑functional requirements
- Maintaining requirements traceability across the delivery lifecycle
- Collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with business needs
- Supporting impact assessments, change control, testing and UAT
- Documenting current and future‑state processes and facilitating workshops
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Operational Technology or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of systems analysis, business process modelling, and requirements management
- Hands‑on knowledge of OT systems such as SCADA, PLCs, and DCS, and their integration with IT systems
- Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and BPMN modelling tools
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in agile or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to produce clear, structured documentation including process flows and specifications
- Experience supporting operational readiness and post‑implementation activities
