You will join an established, cross‑functional agile environment and work alongside senior backend, frontend and platform engineers. The contract will be delivery‑focused, contributing to cloud migration, platform uplift and feature delivery across a large‑scale digital landscape.
This role suits a senior developer who is hands‑on, adaptable and comfortable operating across backend AEM development, frontend delivery and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build AEM solutions using AEM as a Cloud Service
- Deliver features end‑to‑end, from design through to deployment
- Develop and optimise AEM components, templates and integrations
- Support AEM cloud migration and platform uplift activities
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, testing and release quality
- Ensure solutions meet performance, accessibility and SEO standards
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, BA, UX and delivery stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and uplift capability within the team
Essential
- Strong commercial experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Hands‑on experience with AEM as a Cloud Service
- Experience migrating AEM from on‑prem or AMS to Cloud
- Solid knowledge of:
- Sling Models, OSGi, JCR / Oak, HTL
- Core Components, Editable Templates
- Content & Experience Fragments
- Dispatcher and caching architecture
- Frontend skills: HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
- CI/CD experience (Cloud Manager, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
- Strong testing and quality‑driven mindset
- Clear, confident stakeholder communication skills
- Adobe Cloud Manager expertise
- React, Angular or Next.js
- Headless AEM / GraphQL
- Adobe Analytics or Adobe Target
- Azure or cloud hosting experience
- Experience in large enterprise or SAFe environments
