About the Role: As the Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for managing recruitment activities across a range of positions while supporting workforce planning and ensuring efficient hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for allocated vacancies
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines
- Advertise vacancies and proactively source candidates across multiple channels
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on skills and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and pre-employment checks
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure policy and legislative compliance
- Prepare recruitment reports, vacancy updates, and workforce planning data
- Deliver a positive candidate experience and represent the employer brand professionally
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities across recruitment systems and processes
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities
- High attention to detail and strong administration skills
