We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Altona team. This role will be based with one of our major clients in various locations across Melbournes west, you will work closely with the client to assist in managing up to 300 casual employees on a day-to-day basis.
Working both independently and as part of a team with site coverage Monday to Saturday between 5am and 6pm. While a set shift is preferred, occasional shift flexibility may be necessary to cover leave.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing staff performance and training initiatives
- Attending client stakeholder meetings and contributing to strategic staffing pool planning
- Promoting a genuine commitment to safety through proactive initiatives
- Advertising, screening, interviewing & inducting candidates
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to create mutually beneficial outcomes
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

- Solid administration skills with excellent attention to detail
- The ability to follow and adhere to processes and compliance guidelines
- Excellent communication skills
