- Managing full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding for high-volume roles
- Developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies to meet changing client demands
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Managing job briefs, advertising roles, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
- Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
- Monitoring candidate engagement, attendance, and retention
- Providing market insights and recruitment advice to clients
- Handling administrative tasks including compliance, reporting, and database management
- Ensuring a high level of service delivery and candidate experience
- Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within high-volume or blue-collar environments
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
