We’re excited to offer an outstanding opportunity for an experienced and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team, supporting a key client in Western Sydney This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you’ll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment while building strong client and candidate relationships. You’ll play a key role in delivering workforce solutions, ensuring client needs are met with speed, quality, and efficiency.

Working Monday to Friday, this role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding for high-volume roles
  • Developing and executing proactive recruitment strategies to meet changing client demands
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Managing job briefs, advertising roles, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline
  • Coordinating interviews, offers, and onboarding processes
  • Monitoring candidate engagement, attendance, and retention
  • Providing market insights and recruitment advice to clients
  • Handling administrative tasks including compliance, reporting, and database management
  • Ensuring a high level of service delivery and candidate experience
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes

  • Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within high-volume or blue-collar environments
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive and resilient approach, with strong problem-solving ability
  • Confidence in working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to compliance and process
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
