Join a high‑performing team supporting major Tier 1 projects across WA.We’re seeking an experienced Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end blue‑collar recruitment, onboarding, and mobilisation to site for our client based in Ascot. This is a fast‑paced, people‑focused role with a clear temp‑to‑perm pathway for the right person.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Recruit blue‑collar candidates across trades, labouring, and site‑based roles
- Coordinate mobilisation including medicals, inductions, site access, and compliance
- Liaise with Tier 1 suppliers to understand workforce needs
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and start‑date readiness
- Maintain accurate compliance and candidate records
- Support workforce scheduling and deployment
- Build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Experience in blue‑collar recruitment, mobilisation, or labour‑hire operations
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Confidence using recruitment systems and onboarding platforms
- Experience in Pegasus is highly desirable
