A global technology organisation is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-growth business group through a period of sustained hiring demand. This role is a backfill position, supporting ongoing recruitment delivery in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad portfolio of roles, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality hiring outcomes. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in complexity, enjoys sourcing passive talent, and can balance multiple priorities with confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment across multiple roles concurrently
- Source and engage passive candidates within a competitive technology market
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing hiring demand
- Partner closely with hiring managers to advise on recruitment strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams including HR, Finance and Legal to progress hires
- Track recruitment activity accurately through ATS systems
- Stay current on market trends, competitor intelligence and AI-enabled hiring tools
- Proven experience delivering high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement capability
- Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with hiring managers
- Experience recruiting technology or digitally focused roles
- Confident managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
- Strong ATS and recruitment systems knowledge
- Interest in using AI to scale and improve recruitment outcomes
