Chandler Macleod is seeking a proactive Project & Maintenance Coordinator to support major maintenance works, shutdowns and capital projects. Working alongside the Maintenance Manager, this role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a safety‑first mindset, and experience working with contractors in industrial environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate major maintenance and capital project activities
- Plan and schedule contractors to minimise operational disruption
- Ensure compliance with safety, environment and quality standards
- Participate in risk assessments, JSAs and pre-starts
- Monitor project process, identify risks and escalate issues
- Support shutdown progress, execution and close-out
- Maintain project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders
- Effective communication and contractor management skills
- Preferred tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering or related disciplines
