About the Role:
You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks across the production process, including:
- Quality assurance
- Loading and unloading baking tins
- Operating baking equipment
- Cleaning and maintaining hygiene standards
- Other general production duties
We’re seeking candidates who have experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments and a strong desire to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will:
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Work well in a team and independently
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be flexible to work rotating rosters, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts, as well as weekends
- Hold a current driver’s licence
- Be available for on-call shifts
- Be physically fit – this is a fast-paced, hands-on role
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be willing to undergo drug & alcohol testing
- Food production experience is highly regarded but not essential
