We are currently seeking highly motivated and experienced Onsite Supervisors to join our team at our client’s facitlity based in Cranbourne. This client is a globally recognised market leader and household name in e-commerce and innovation. You will play a critical role in managing the performance of both Onsite Consultants and warehouse team members while overseeing day-to-day operations.
This position operates on a rotating roster (7-day fortnight) with shifts of approximately 11 hours.
As an Onsite Supervisor, your responsibilities will include,
- Managing and overseeing the performance of Onsite Consultants and warehouse associates
- Addressing and resolving basic IR/ER issues
- Generating reports with a strong attention to detail, ensuring all performance metrics are tracked and recorded effectively
- Acting as the primary escalation point for our client for day to day queries
- Supporting the smooth running of daily operations within a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment
- Ensuring safety protocols and workplace compliance standards are consistently maintained
- Leading performance management activities and providing constructive feedback to drive team success
To succeed in this role, you will need,
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate team members
- Experience handling IR and ER issues, with a solid understanding of workplace legislation
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage escalations and handle difficult situations
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
