- Previous experience in a medical, healthcare, or hospital-based environment (desirable)
- Strong administration, organisation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hospital software systems (e.g. Cerner, EPIC, or similar)
- Ability to manage confidential information and prioritise competing tasks
- Flexibility and reliability for short or long-term assignments
