We are seeking an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join a busy production team based in Braeside. The role will involve operating high-speed finishing equipment, with a strong preference for candidates experienced on Saddle Stitchers, particularly Muller Martini machinery. Shift Time: 10PM to 6PM
Salary: 75k to 79K
Key Responsibilities
- Operate high-speed finishing and bindery equipment in a production environment
- Set up, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operation
- Preferred experience operating Saddle Stitchers / Muller Martini machines
- Maintain high levels of quality control and attention to detail
- Ensure all production output meets deadlines and specification requirements
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced production team
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a print or finishing environment
- Experience with Saddle Stitchers (Muller Martini highly regarded)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to night shift hours
- Strong understanding of workplace safety standards
- Stable night shift roster (Sunday to Thursday) - 10:00pm to 6:00am
